Sustainable mobility in 2026 increasingly involves the incorporation of electric vehicles into the business environment. At Controlpack Systems, S.L.U., this evolution is part of a sustainability strategy that began years ago, aimed at reducing emissions and improving energy efficiency in our daily activities.
The transition to electric vehicles in an industrial company requires planning and a realistic approach. Aspects such as range, charging times, and territorial coverage are decisive, especially in an organization with 11 branches and constant technical assistance and sales visits.
Four electric vehicles to be gradually introduced by 2026
Since 2024 and progressively up to today, Controlpack has added four electric vehicles to its corporate fleet. This advance is part of a gradual electrification process, aligned with the real needs of the service and with a long-term business vision.
Although electric vehicles still represent only a fraction of the total fleet, their integration represents a tangible step toward corporate decarbonization and reducing the carbon footprint associated with business travel.
Own charging infrastructure for electric vehicles
The commitment to electric vehicles is supported by Controlpack's own infrastructure of chargers installed at its facilities. This internal charging capacity facilitates daily operations and reinforces consistency with the solar energy self-consumption system previously implemented by the company.
The combination of renewable energy and proprietary charging points enables progress toward a more efficient and sustainable corporate electric mobility model.
A strategy for progressive growth
The implementation of electric vehicles in industrial companies must be developed based on criteria of technical feasibility and operational efficiency. For this reason, the electrification of the fleet at Controlpack will continue to evolve progressively, evaluating new additions whenever operational conditions allow.
By 2026, electric vehicles will already be part of the company's normal operations. The aim is to continue moving forward in this direction, gradually expanding the presence of electric vehicles within the corporate fleet as part of a solid, long-term corporate sustainability strategy.
