Gluing machines

Within the process that encompasses the shipment of goods, packaging is one of the most essential to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition at their point of destination. Choosing the most appropriate materials such as films for palletizing, filling consumables or sealing systems is a fundamental task to obtain an optimal final result. In the Controlpack catalog we have the most innovative gluing system that integrates the most advanced technology: InvisiPac HM25c, a tankless hot melt adhesive delivery system, the most reliable and cost-effective option for the gluing of goods. Thanks to its compact design, it can be easily integrated into the packaging line. Its main features are:

  • Quick warm-up (10 min.)
  • Savings in hot melt consumption
  • Minimal maintenance required
  • Reduction of CO2 emissions
  • Increased operator safety

Advantages of the hot melt gluing system

  • Savings: The InvisiPac hot melt system keeps the hot melt at a constant temperature and viscosity. By avoiding temperature fluctuations, adhesive output remains constant and adhesive savings increase. The hot melt output is constantly traceable and provides deviation alerts to ensure that it remains constant. This ensures that each box has a uniform bead of adhesive.
  • Safety: Graco's InvisiPac unit is intrinsically safe because it keeps operator interaction with the molten hot melt and hot equipment very low. The operator simply fills the container with hot melt pellets and, when the melt melter reaches a certain minimum level, a signal is automatically sent to the InvisiPac for refilling, which causes the hot melt pellets to be sucked directly from the container into the melter, without operator intervention.
  • Sustainability: With a market-leading start-up time of only 10 minutes, Graco's tankless InvisiPac technology results in a reduction in energy during start-up. In addition, InvisiPac reduces hot melt consumption, saving water and oil, two resources used in the production and manufacturing process of hot melt, resulting in a reduction of carbon footprint on the environment.
