This contractual document regulates the General Conditions for contracting services and selling products (hereinafter, "Conditions") through the website controlpack.com, owned by CONTROLPACK SYSTEMS S.L.U. under the trademark of the same name (hereinafter, the PROVIDER). Exclusive use and scope of application

CONTROLPACK SYSTEMS S.L.U. is a professional product intended exclusively for entrepreneurs, whether natural or legal persons, who carry out an economic activity. It is not distributed to individuals in personal or domestic activities.

These Conditions will be available on the website so that the USER can reproduce and save them as confirmation of the contract. They may be modified at any time by CONTROLPACK SYSTEMS S.L.U., it being the USER 's responsibility to periodically review those in force at the time of placing orders. The PROVIDER will file the electronic document of the purchase, available to the USER upon request.

Object of the contract

This contract regulates the contractual relationship of purchase and sale between PROVIDER and USER, formalized by accepting the conditions during the online contracting process, in exchange for a price determined and publicly displayed on the website.

Rectification of data

The USER can notify errors in the data on the site or contractual documents to info@controlpack.com for correction. You can also update your data from your account on the platform.

Contracting procedure

To access the services, the USER must be of legal age or emancipated, and register through the process enabled on the website, providing data in accordance with RGPD (EU) 2016/679 and LOPDGDD 3/2018.

1. General contract clauses

The placement of an order implies the acceptance of these conditions, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the PROVIDER.

2. Shipping and delivery of orders

The PROVIDER will process the order after verifying the payment. Shipments are usually made by GLS CARRIER to the destination indicated by the USER.

• Usual delivery time: 48-72 working hours, with some exceptions (cardboard boxes or large machinery, 7 days).

• Free shipping from 50 € + VAT; otherwise, cost of 6 € (+ VAT)**, except Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Incidents and complaints:

• Failed delivery attempts: after two attempts, return to warehouse.

• Claims for errors or damages: 7 working days from delivery.

• Open or damaged order: indicate this on the delivery note in order to make a claim.

2.1 Shipping outside the European Union

Taxes and customs costs may be applied at the customer's expense. It is essential to provide correct address and telephone number, P.O. Box is not accepted.

3. Right of withdrawal

CONTROLPACK SYSTEMS S.L.U. does not distribute to private consumers, so this contract is not subject to the right of withdrawal provided for in RDL 1/2007. This right does not apply to fully executed services or digital content downloadable with prior consent.

5. Force majeure

The parties are released from liability for non-compliance due to force majeure.

The USER may not assign its rights and obligations. If any clause is void, it does not affect the validity of the rest.

Sales are governed by these Conditions, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Price and period of validity of the offer

Prices include and exclude VAT as indicated. They may vary in real time until order confirmation. Digital invoices will be issued in the name of the USER or company.

9. Transportation costs

Fixed amount not included in the price and applied to the cart if the order is less than 50 € (+VAT).

10. Payment methods and security

Admitted:

• Credit card

• Bank transfer (within 5 days)

• Bizum

The site uses security techniques such as SSL and firewalls to protect data.

The USER must create an account to place orders and can subscribe to the newsletter. The order is confirmed by email.

The conditions are governed by Spanish Law, excluding the United Nations Convention for the international sale of products. The parties submit to the courts of La Sénia (Tarragona).
