LGV Integra
Integra is an automatic laser guided vehicle with covering forks suitable for pallet handling inside the factory. In the lowered position, the forks cover the rear wheels like an electric pallet truck. Extremely compact and agile machine, Integra can move in confined spaces, ensuring maximum safety. Due to its small size, the vehicle can handle products for loads up to 1,500 kg.

Description
LGV Integra
Integra is a laser-guided vehicle equipped with wrap-around forks ideal for pallet handling in the industrial environment. In its lowered position, the forks fit over the rear wheels, resembling an electric pallet truck.
This vehicle is characterized by being an extremely compact and agile machine, allowing it to move in limited spaces with maximum safety. Despite its small size, it can carry loads of up to 1,500 kg, making it a versatile solution for handling goods.
Main advantages
The use of this type of fully automatic machines brings several advantages compared to traditional handling systems performed by a forklift truck driver, and their use has a strong impact on the productivity of a company.
- Productivity: Thanks to lithium batteries that allow optimal charging cycles and maximum durability.
- Flexibility: No physical intervention for subsequent changes, but only through software.
- Accuracy: LGV placement with a maximum error of 5 mm.
- Safety: Totally safe machine thanks to the optimized management of the supervision software.
- Tolerance: Integra allows you to handle loads up to 1,500 kg and up to 675 mm in height.
- Compatibility: Integra LGV is compatible with various automatic machines.
- Compact, high-performance solutions: Ideal for working in confined spaces
Through LGV we guarantee:
- Punctuality in the execution of missions and constant work without interruption.
- Accuracy in the execution of the day's program
- Elimination of safety risks associated with the presence of personnel and other handling equipment
- Elimination of errors arising from human management
- Ability to work 24 hours a day , 7 days a week without operator intervention.
Laser Guided Vehicle

How does laser guidance work?
Each LGV is equipped with a special laser head (SICK) which, by rotating 360°, detects the reflections of the beams on the reflectors, deriving the information necessary to determine the position and trajectory to be followed for the execution of the mission by "triangulation".
In the operating area of the LGV, reflectors should be positioned at the top (at a level above any obstructions to the field of view), usually on supports such as walls or columns.
The use of LGV laser-guided vehicles makes it possible to modify or extend routes with great flexibility, without intervention in the guidance structures.
What can you do?
Hardware
- It can lift products up to 1500 KG.
- It is small in size, so it takes up little space.
- It can move in restricted spaces.
Software
- It is easy to configure, mission changes are simple thanks to the LGV "Integra Manager" management software.
- It is easy to install, thanks to the simple software for the organization and placement of the laser reflectors (SICK).
- Option to connect (in standard version) to the customer's WMS / ERP.
What can't you do?
Hardware
- Forks have no oscillation
- Cannot move laterally
- No energy recovery during braking
