The Controlwrap packaging system is a versatile packaging system available to all companies that need to protect or bundle their products for shipment.

The Controlwrap is an ideal machine to reduce the number of theft incidences as it offers adequate protection when used with customized stretch film. In addition, to simplify the work of parcel companies, the machine offers the option of grouping shipments into a single bundle. A versatile wrapping machine that is capable of wrapping from small boxes or bundles to large boxes with fragile and valuable contents.

The machine consists of a rotary table with clamps to firmly hold the product, control panel, enabling pedal and is equipped with safety devices to avoid dangers to the operator and to the people interacting with the machine.

The operator performs the operations of loading and unloading the product, holding the reel while the table rotates, inserting and cutting the film. Only one operator is required.

Operating cycle:

In any situation, before operating the pedal we must make sure that the case is firmly fixed with the clamps and that the lower wheels are locked.

• Step 1: The operator loads the case vertically and fixes the film on the product.
• Step 2: When the foot pedal is actuated, the rotary table starts to rotate, while the operator manually holds the reel. The film is unwrapped onto the case by the rotation.
• Step 3: When the pedal is released, the machine stops, the operator has to turn the case horizontally. We continue with the continuous film fixed from the previous step.
• Step 4: Activate the pedal and repeat the wrapping cycle. In this case horizontally.
• Step 5: When the pedal is released, the machine stops and the film is manually cut. The cycle is finished and the machine is ready to start a new cycle. We can press or release the pedal at will, according to our working preferences.

Optional accessories:

• Fixing feet. The machine is supplied with locking casters for mobile applications.
• Manual coreless film applicator.
• Scale with integrated weighing system.

Technical data of the coil

The machine is designed to work with manual film reel without mandrel of 3 kg. The film reel can be with or without mandrel indistinctly.

The use of manual film applicators is required to facilitate the operator's work and to avoid dangerous situations and minimize risks.
