At Controlpack Systems, S.L.U., we offer solutions for the optimization of packaging processes. Our commitment to our customers is to help them to give an added value to the packaging of their product, according to the specific characteristics of their production process and all this with an optimal cost. To this end, our Quality Policy, based on a strategic approach and risk analysis, is defined by the following principles:

• Individualized service providing each of our customers with solutions oriented to the functional, economic and environmental optimization of the packaging system.
• To ensure the coordination and consolidation of a human team that gives us the basis to offer a fast and efficient service.
• Selection of materials and suppliers according to the criteria established by the client and necessary to guarantee the quality of our products and services.
• Optimization of the Quality Management System to include the necessary mechanisms to ensure the satisfaction of stakeholder expectations and the continuous improvement of goods and services.
• Use of process risk assessment methodology to prevent possible deviations or nonconformities in the quality management system.
• Commitment to meet the established objectives and continuously improve the effectiveness of the Quality system.
• To ensure compliance with legal requirements and current regulations that affect our activities.
