ISO :2015 certification

In 2003, Controlpack began the process of obtaining ISO :2000 certification, which led us to change our product quality control and internal organization systems , resulting in constant improvements to our service. We obtained the certification on September 24, 2004.

The incorporation of a process-based system, quality controls, the study and improvement of non-conformities, the implementation of preventive actions, planning, etc., allows us to guarantee product deliveries , as the entire system is constantly monitored and improved. All this is done to achieve one of the most important objectives of ISO : maximum customer satisfaction.

We currently hold ISO :2015 certification, which supports our commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence. This constant evolution allows us to ensure that our production processes improve day by day, positioning us as an increasingly competitive and efficient company in the market.
