Last week took place, within the framework of the Interpack 2011 trade fair, the II Dealer Meeting ROBOPAC, which gathered for 3 days all ROBOPAC dealers in the world, in the German city of Düsseldorf.
The main innovations in systems and machines applied to industrial packaging for the stabilization of palletized loads with stretch film were presented at this meeting.
On the one hand, the new ROBOT S6 was presented, which represents the definitive leap in quality, performance and competitiveness in mobile pallet wrappers.
The new models of the SPIROR and COMPACTA wrappers and banding machines, for spiral wrapping a wide variety of products in different sizes and shapes, were also on display.
The new ORBIT line of orbital wrapping machines is one of ROBOPAC's big bets for the future. Thanks to its wide range of ring dimensions, it allows to increase the productivity and competitiveness of orbital wrapping systems, for long or various shaped products.
On the other hand, a series of improvements have been made to the reel carriages of the ROTOPLAT line of pre-stretch stretch wrappers. With these changes, this line of stretch wrappers is positioned in the market as the most innovative and flexible option for semi-automatic pallet wrapping (for medium productions).
The AETNAGROUP program included several demonstrations of the new HELIX HS-40 rotary arm stretch wrapper by Robopac Sistemi, for stretch wrapping of pallet loads with stretch film, especially designed for sectors where high production is required.
Finally, for banding and cartoning of special products, the new line of wrap-around case packers from PRASMATIC, the world's leading manufacturer of high-speed, continuous automatic packaging systems, was presented.
With all these actions, Robopac reinforces its commitment to the continuous improvement of its technological systems applied to industrial packaging, which allows them to maintain their position as a worldwide reference in terms of automation systems for end-of-line processes. In this sense, it faces the future with new challenges at all levels, such as investment in its R+D+I (Research, Development, Innovation) departments, in continuous training for its distributors and sales agents, as well as in the continuous improvement of its production processes.
