To deal with this, we designed the VCI - Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor - containing organic compounds that create a top layer on the product to be protected, preventing the immersion of water particles, saline... in it. PRODUCTS

Throughout the life of the company, we have created different products with VCI in order to seek a better protection of our customers' products, aiming to avoid any corrosion-related consequences:

VCI ControlOx: Versatile and efficient solution to protect parts of different sizes against corrosion. From small -for a single part- to large bags with double reinforcements, even capable of packing marine engines. These bags allow the VCI present on their walls to evaporate and saturate the space, providing a high level of protection against corrosion. In addition, they can be customized.

VCI Sheet and tube: To create an enclosed space on the surface of products such as machines. It is also used to protect the bottom of the package when the ControlOx VCI hood is used to cover the machine from the top. In addition, metal parts and components are protected enclosed for up to 24 months. It can also be customized in size and printing.

VCI Stretch film: The material packaged with this product is fully protected against oxidizing agents that can damage the metal. Used automatically or manually, no matter which, the material protects the parts against corrosion as well as against dust and humidity.

VCI Paper: Paper with anti-corrosion properties thanks to its impregnation with the VCI ControlOx additive, which protects stored parts for a long time.

VCI Emitters: Products that have ControlOx VCI anticorrosive materials, working together or separately with other VCI products and available in different formats and degrees of concentration to find the best solution.

VCI Liquids: liquids that create an anticorrosive film that protects oxidizable products during processing, cleaning and storage before the final anticorrosive packaging is applied. No environmentally harmful products are applied. However, ControlOX has a range of additives to transform inert mineral oils into anticorrosive oils.

VCI ControlOx anti-corrosion wire: Wire for the protection of internal metal surfaces of pipes, fittings and ducts during storage or shipment, by inserting it into diameters not exceeding 150mm. Its application is intended for the protection of internal surfaces of pipes, fittings and ducts.
