Anticorrosive VCI bags

Controlox anti-corrosive VCI bags are bags and sleeves made of anti-corrosive plastic, an environmentally friendly and recyclable material. More specifically, the VCI element dissipates from the plastic or paper and clumps on metal surfaces to form a protective molecular layer. It migrates to the most hidden corners of a part and makes it impossible for moisture, salt, dirt, oxygen or other corrosive materials to reach the metal space. In addition, the vapors create a barrier that pacifies the electrical charge of the metal and paralyzes the reaction of oxygen that in union with the metal molecules causes rust.
