Types of materials and their benefits
Paper filling
With recycled paper filling and protection systems, safe and economical packaging is used. This group of packaging is fully recycled, recyclable and environmentally friendly, and our paper is a 100% biodegradable solution. It avoids polystyrene particles, air bags and bubble wrap and is an added value to your packaging: it gives a sense of sustainability, ecology and naturalness.

Recycled cardboard
In addition to recycling, it is also important to reuse. That's why at Controlpack we have reusable packaging such as the ProfiPak 400 and ProfiPak 425 cardboard perforators, which are perfect for recycling cardboard boxes and then converting them into recycled cardboard filler. In this way, already used and worn cartons can be given another use.
This packaging system is totally environmentally friendly, as it achieves maximum protection by using recycled and recyclable cardboard. For example, the use of corrugated cardboard can both protect objects and cover surfaces thanks to its high flexibility and strength.
Filling with air bags
Another option is to use air-inflated plastic pillows, which provide safety and comfort. The air-filled machine par excellence is the SPK 7004, as it is a perfect resource for online stores and small production runs. For large production runs, the optimal model is the SPK 7005, which produces air pillows quickly, cost-effectively and efficiently. Both models are quick to use, easy to start up and filling is achieved instantly. The materials are long lasting and also perfect for reuse.
SPK RT expanded foam
Room temperature (RT) expanding foam (RTF) box stuffing is an easy-to-use resource with customized protective cushioning. It presents a simple and ideal packaging for small to medium-sized packages, mostly used by e-commerce companies. However, it is also frequently used by freelancers, moving and warehousing companies, warranty repair depots, packaging and transportation companies or retail transportation companies.
Its application does not require any machine or heater, so it can be activated at room temperature. The SPK RT 10 and SPK RT 40 models adapt to the user's needs and provide maximum protection at the moment.
Bubble wrap and Foampak
Among the filling options you can also choose between transparent bubble wrap coils and Foampak cellaire sheets. Both are characterized by their product conformability and cushioning. The design of both products is flexible, lightweight and clean, allowing you to pack the items to be shipped well - say goodbye to unnecessary breakage!
Padded envelopes
These envelopes are used to protect small and fragile objects. They have a special air retention barrier that seals the bubbles against air loss, thus providing a highly shock-absorbing cushioning. In addition to this cushioning, the wide variety of sizes makes the envelopes an excellent choice for the protection of smaller products.
