Our client is a Spanish company dedicated to the development of structural solutions for the photovoltaic market. A reference in the sector with more than 20 years of experience and with a presence in more than 30 countries, it offers design, manufacturing and installation services of solar panels in all types of contexts. Its innovative projects developed with state-of-the-art technology stand out for their excellence and commitment to the environment through the use of 100% recyclable materials.
Before the start of the project to optimize their packaging processes, the strapping of the boxes was done with several semi-automatic table top strapping machines in the hands of the workers. The potential for improvement was significant with the automation of the end-of-line systems, and in particular, the strapping of their goods.
