Our client: López Garrido, specialists in the manufacture of agricultural machinery.
López Garrido is a Spanish company, founded in 1930 in Guadalcázar, Córdoba.
This one, mainly, is based on the sector of handmade agricultural tools, having already a rural aspect in its products that continues to this day, exporting all over the world, being a leader in its field.
Today, it is based on the construction of reliable, robust, efficient and attractive machines designed primarily for professional work in green areas, agriculture, livestock and forestry.
In order to fulfill its main objectives and purposes based on the manufacture of agricultural machinery, it is necessary to package the different machines for sale and delivery, establishing the company as a leader in the sector.

The change from shrink wrapping to shrink wrapping process
The formulation studies and subsequent solution of the needs of Controlpack with López Garrido was direct. Our willingness to know, use and sell shrink wrapping allowed us to show the great benefits of shrink wrapping to the detriment of shrink wrapping.

Previous process (with retractable bag):
- The shrink bag arrives made.
- Posada on top of the machine.
- Heating of the bag by means of a gun connected to a butane cylinder.
- Retractilation done after 1h and 15 minutes.
Post-processing (with baling):
- Placing the pallet on the concrete surface of the machine.
- Wrapping of the main object by the wrapping process.
- Baling done after 5 to 15 minutes.
