This automatic carton erector consists of a carton magazine, an area where the cartons are opened and an outfeed roller conveyor on which the belt is applied to the carton base. The format changeover is conveniently adjusted by means of 5 cranks, and then the reference points of the carton magazine and the position of the suction cups are adjusted one after the other.

The machine is mainly composed of:

• Carefully treated metal carpentry structure.

The electrical cabinet is equipped as follows: power supply disconnecting device, equipment protection, potential protection circuit, power circuit, command circuits and functions, control equipment and commands, emergency lockout, protections and starting devices (start-up), electrical documentation.
