Manual battery strapping machine SPK 220
The Spk 220 manual battery strapping machine is a portable strapping machine for PP and PET strapping made in the European Union (EU). It features an ergonomic soft-touch handle and a brushless motor (different motors for welding and tension) to avoid a complete motor change due to a broken motor. It also has an easy adjustment of 12/16mm strapping guides, a Servo-Motor controlled welding where a small electric motor operates a gear train of reduction and rolling gears that drives the welding systems and provides the possibility to lock the settings, preventing operators from modifying the ideal characteristics for the proper functioning of the machine.
The latest Lithium Polymer (LI-PO) technology batteries offer a significant improvement in autonomy (140 strapping cycles per charge) and durability (reduced memory effect).
In addition, the operator can adjust the working mode, clamping force and welding time.

The plastic casing can break with a simple drop

Good morning,
All our machines are reinforced with metal at the bottom and front. The casing cannot be metallic because it would be too heavy, it would not be ergonomic and it would not comply with the regulations. All machines of this type have plastic casing. If you are looking for a 100% metal machine it would have to be pneumatic. But I understand your concern and I hope they treat it well because if they do they will have a good strapping machine for a long time.
