Description
Pluripack automatic
The automatic Pluripack wrapping machine is a packaging system that combines two processes in one: the application of a protective layer of bubble wrap with bubble wrap, foam or polyethylene, and the wrapping with stretch film stretchfilm on a conveyor or roller conveyor.
How does it work?
- Application of the protective layer: The product passes through a section where a layer of protective material, such as bubble wrap, foam or polyethylene, is applied. This is done by means of a roller system or air blowing.
- Automatic welding: The protective layer is automatically welded to the product before it enters the horizontal wrapping zone.
- Stretch film wrapping: The wrapped product with the protective layer enters the horizontal wrapping area, where a stretch film is applied. The machine performs top and bottom folds and a final sealing to ensure hermetic and resistant packaging.
What are the advantages?
- Superior protection: The combination of the protective layer and stretch film provides maximum protection against shock, vibration, scratches and moisture.
- Efficiency: The packaging process is automatic and fast, which increases productivity and reduces operating costs.
- Versatility: The automatic Pluripack can handle a wide variety of products of different shapes and sizes.
- Ease of use: Pluripack machines are easy to operate and do not require highly qualified personnel.
- Reduced shrinkage: Proper packaging helps prevent damage to products during transportation and storage, which reduces shrinkage.
In which applications is it used?
Automatic Pluripacks are widely used in various industries, including:
- Food and beverage: For packaging products such as bottles, cans, boxes and trays.
- Pharmaceutical: For the packaging of drugs, medical devices and medical supplies.
- Electronics: For packaging electronic components, computers and other devices.
- Logistics: For packaging parcels, spare parts and other products for shipment.
- Manufacturing: For packaging mechanical parts, tools and other industrial products.
