Spiror automatic rotary ring wrapping machines

SPIROR automatic rotary ring stretch wrappers are at the highest level in terms of spiral wrapping of stretch film products. This line and machines with rotary ring offer top quality performance both in terms of product processing and durability.

Manufactured according to the highest quality and production standards, the SPIROR range of machines now also includes the 400, 600 and 900 machines in the double reel version, DR, which makes it possible to produce even faster wrappers.

The applications of these ROBOPAC machines are virtually endless and the wide variety of selectable options carries this feature.

SPIROR DR machines are double reel ring machines. This manufacturing feature allows to obtain extremely high performances in stretch film wrapping and allows the SPIROR range to reach levels of absolute excellence.
Spiror - Safety and flexibility
Safety and flexibility - The cabin of the spiror machines allows top quality safety levels to be achieved; the opening of the doors is only possible after the machine has been switched off to avoid any potential risk. the electrical and control system of the spiror machines offer multiple expansion and customization possibilities to adapt to the most varied production requirements.

Spiror - Clamp and cutting device
Gripper and cutting device - In order to guarantee maximum efficiency and the highest working performance, the gripper and cutting system of the SPIROR machines have been designed after working tests in real conditions. The gripper and film cutting system for the Spiror 300 is realized by means of a hook and a toothed blade, while that for the other machines of the range is based on the action of a scissors gripper and a rotating blade.

Spiror - Rotating ring
Rotating ring - The ring of the SPIROR machines is made of aluminum monofusion to guarantee maximum homogeneity and precision in the rotation. The ring is mounted on ball bearings that give total reliability and constancy over time to the performance of the machine.

Reel holder - The reel holder has a quick reel coupling and uncoupling device to make the operator's work as easy as possible and minimize downtime in the packaging process.
Spiror Group presses
Presser unit - The pneumatic pressers ensure the vertical stability of the product during wrapping. The rollers can be coated with different materials (Nylon, PVC, Polyurethane) depending on the product to be banded.

Given the great versatility of the machine and the possible applications, different coating materials can be selected as optional for the conveyor rollers, for the pressers and for the side guides. All this in order to always offer maximum performance and durability. The standard 500 mm roller conveyors consist of two galvanized rollers and two rubberized rollers and, optionally, they can be requested coated with other materials (PVC or polyurethane), depending on the type of product to be wrapped.
