Compacta spiral stretch wrapping and banding machine with spiral stretch film for a wide variety of products of different sizes and shapes. Good ease of operation with different wrapping cycles available and adjustable parameters for each product to be wrapped. Very easy to use: the operator only has to position the product and press the foot pedal to start the cycle; banding, film gluing and cutting are automatically carried out.

Compact Manual

The machines of the Compacta series have been manufactured according to high quality criteria and manufacturing specifications that have been increasingly refined and matured over time.

Compact Manual Rotary ring
Rotating ring - The ring, supported by high-strength polyamide resin rollers, is manufactured from one-piece cast aluminum.
Compact Manual Reelstand Group
Reel-holding unit - The reel-holding unit, with a continuously adjustable return roller with direct braking, makes reel loading and film insertion as easy as possible.
Compact Manual Clamping and Cutting Group
Clamping and Cutting Group - The in-feed roller conveyors are practical and efficient in their function of assisting the operator. Product movement is frictionless thanks to the presence of idle rollers.
Compact Height-adjustable flat manual
Height adjustable plan - Manual adjustment of the plans by the rollers through a gas spring device (Standard on model 6 and 9)
The tensioning unit ensures optimum use of the film during the winding process. This function is carried out by means of a mechanical dancer roller. The shaft is equipped with a locking system and quick release of the reel.
