Brakform Line

The Brakform Line is an automatic 3-stage (4-stage optional) packaging line designed to maximize productivity and safety in the packaging process. A compact, flexible, and efficient solution that adapts to different types of products and industrial sectors.

1. Automatic bagging – Pratika 56 MPE X1
In this first phase, the products are automatically bagged with film using the bagging machine Pratika 56 MPE X1, ensuring a clean, fast, and precise seal.

2. Box forming and filling – Starbox + Brakform
The Brakform robotic arm automatically selects the appropriate box model from three options available in the warehouse and inserts it into the Starbox forming machine, which handles automatic and efficient forming.

3. (Optional) Interior protection – Air cushions or paper filling
A SPK 7005 filling station with air cushions or aFillpak TT with paper filling protects the contents of the boxes, ensuring that the products arrive at their destination in perfect condition.

4. Final sealing – Robotape TBDA
Finally, the Robotape TBDA sealing machine automatically seals the boxes, adapting to different sizes without the need for manual adjustments.
