Operation
The products enter the grouper of the INBOX automatic case packer of our Pack & Box system and are accumulated according to the desired number and layers. The Pick&Place system of the INBOX picks them up and inserts them into the box that has been automatically assembled in the case erector. By means of motorized roller conveyors, the box moves and enters the case sealer, which closes it with adhesive tape on the top and bottom. The finished box follows its course by rollers until it reaches the end-of-line accumulator, where the robot picks it up and places it on the pallet on the rotary table of the stretch wrapper of our system. This process will be repeated until the palletizing is finished according to the parameters of the mosaic layout and number of layers of the selected program. At this point the stretch wrapper is put into operation to wrap the load with stretch film.
Compact version
In a 4 x 4 m space, this solution has a capacity of up to 1500 units/hour. This compact version dispenses with the INBOX and increases the use of the robot by making it responsible for both case packing and palletizing.

High production version
Incorporates all the elements of the Pack & Box automatic packaging line. By means of specific Inbox development and configurable layout. This solution has capacity for high production and adapts to the requirements of the final space of the line.

WRAP AROUND version
Solution that allows the folding of the box around the grouping of products through a nesting in a wrap-around packaging format.
In this version of the automatic Pack & Box packaging line, the final packing of the product is done with the WRAP AROUND case type. Both product grouping and case erecting are performed on the same machine. Once the desired product grouping has been achieved, the assembly passes to the next stage where the box is formed and closed around the product.
The WRAP AROUND solution represents a robust end-of-line packaging solution for high production. The versatility of being able to pack product groupings from their wrapping allows for a wide variety of packaging solutions.
