Available cars

FRD TROLLEY: Trolley with mechanical brake on return roller: constant film elongations regardless of the reel diameter. Brake coupling/decoupling device to facilitate the hooking of the film to the base of the pallet. The manually adjustable brake acts on the rubber roller to allow the adjustment of the wrapping tension. The additional metal rollers are positioned in such a way as to ensure a greater "hugging" of the film around the brake roller.
FR trolley: The FR trolley has a film stretching device realized by an electromagnetic brake that can be controlled from the control panel. The coupling of the brake is timed to facilitate the hooking of the film to the base of the pallet. The electromagnetic powder brake guarantees high precision in the control of the braking torque and no emission of pollutant material.
PGS carriage: The PGS pre-stretching carriage features a motorized pre-stretching with fixed 250% ratios with manually interchangeable sprockets... The range of pre-stretching values can be extended with 150%-200% gears available as optional interchangeable accessories. The force applied on the product can be controlled by a load cell (on idler free roller) and the film tensioning values can be set continuously from the control panel.
