SPK 2554M Monoblock Shrinker

The SPK 2554M Monoblock shrink wrapper can be used for virtually all types of products requiring shrink wrapping, such as food, beverages, pharmaceuticals, perfumery and cosmetics, books, toys, electronics, hardware, ceramics, logistics, etc.

It is particularly suitable for large industrial productions, but alternating series of different dimensions.

It allows the packaging of small series of promotional items, making different combinations of products according to the convenience of each moment. The L-sealer can be used as a bagging machine, without shrink wrapping.

Technical characteristics:

1. L-sealer

• Operated by a manual or pneumatic system.
• Allows the regulation of temperature and sealing time.
• Teflon-coated alloy soldering iron, allowing a clean operation without sticking.
• Safety system in the sealer to avoid accidents during handling - model N
• Double pushbutton panel for soldering iron operation - model N
• Automatic conveyor belt, adjustable in height, to move the products to the shrink tunnel.
• It incorporates wheels for microperforation of the film to facilitate shrink wrapping.
• It allows working with film up to 550mm wide.
• Emergency button to stop the operation in case of need.
• Automatic overflow recuperator - optional

2. Shrink tunnel

• It incorporates stainless steel heating elements that facilitate rapid heating of the tunnel.
• Allows electronic regulation of the temperature and speed of the conveyor belt.
• Fan for air recirculation inside the tunnel, maintains uniform heat distribution and increases efficiency.
