La envolvedora de palets Ecoplat Base Plataforma 1500 mm es una solución robusta, eficiente y económica para el embalaje de palets europeos (1.200×800 mm) en entornos industriales. Diseñada con tecnología punta, esta máquina ofrece máxima productividad, flexibilidad y confiabilidad, lo que la convierte en una inversión inteligente para cualquier negocio.
The machine can be loaded directly by the operator with the hand pallet truck or forklift.
The base is built from tubular structures and electro-welded steel plate, which provides the necessary rigidity to withstand the forces developed by the rotation of the plate. Thanks to the perforated tubular structures, it is possible to lift the machine both from the front and from the rear. On the structure are placed the bases for the positioning of the wheels that support the platen.
The wheels are made of acetal resin, which guarantees a low coefficient of friction during table movement, high machine stability and very high resistance to compression and deformation.
The set offers the guarantee of the best performance and reduced wear of the moving parts of the table. The drive is carried out by means of a chain to avoid any slippage and guarantee absolute continuity during rotation.
Mast
The steel mast is constructed from cold-formed sheets and has a composite tubular structure that provides high resistance to torsion and bending, giving the tree greater strength. Inside the mast is inserted the high strength chain that transmits the up and down movement to the carriage, ensuring optimum control of the envelope.
Reel trolley
Trolley with mechanical drum brake: constant film extension regardless of the reel diameter. Quick coupling/uncoupling device of the brake with two-position lever to facilitate the hooking of the film to the base of the pallet. The brake acts on the rubber roller to allow the adjustment of the wrapping tension. The additional metal rollers are positioned to ensure a better grip of the film around the brake roller.
Control panel ECOPLAT BASE FRD
The electrical panel is made of molded plastic (ABS) material (IP54 control panel). The panel is equipped with electromechanical push buttons.
