Ecoplat Plus vertical wrapping machine

La Ecoplat Plus FRD realiza la envoltura mediante un plato giratorio que hace rotar el palet mientras el carro aplica el film alrededor de la carga.
El carro FRD regula manualmente la tensión del film mediante un freno mecánico. Es una buena opción cuando el consumo de film no es elevado y no se necesita un sistema de preestiro. Datos clave:

• Formatos de palet: Palet Europeo y Palet Americano.
• Altura máxima de la carga: hasta 2.200 mm.
• Peso máximo del palet: hasta 2.000 kg.

Mast:

The steel mast is constructed from cold-formed sheets and has a composite tubular structure that provides high resistance to torsion and bending, giving the tree greater strength. Inside the mast is inserted the high strength chain that transmits the up and down movement to the carriage, ensuring optimum control of the envelope.

ECOPLAT PLUS BASE control panel

Trolley with mechanical drum brake: constant film extension regardless of the reel diameter. Quick coupling/uncoupling device of the brake with two-position lever to facilitate the hooking of the film to the base of the pallet. The brake acts on the rubber roller to allow the adjustment of the wrapping tension. The additional metal rollers are positioned to ensure a better grip of the film around the brake roller.

The electrical panel is made of molded plastic (ABS) material (IP54 control panel). The panel is equipped with electromechanical push buttons.
