Robot Master - FRD Trolley
FRD trolley - Trolley with mechanical brake on return rollers: constant film elongation regardless of reel diameter. Brake quick connection/disconnection device to facilitate the hooking of the film at the base of the bed. The brake acts on the rubber roller in order to allow the adjustment of the wrapping tension. The additional metal rollers are positioned in such a way as to ensure a greater "hugging" of the film around the brake roller.
Robot Master - FR Trolley
FR trolley - The FR trolley is equipped with an electromechanical film stretching device, controlled by an electromechanical brake; it is possible to control it from the control panel. The start of the brake is timed, in order to facilitate the hooking of the film at the base of the bed. If desired, it is possible to program the action of the electromagnetic brake by PLC or from the panel (with QLS "QUICK LOAD SYSTEM" for fast film loading).
Robot Master - PDS Trolley
PDS carriage (Master 110 only) - Spool carriage with double control panel activatable prestiro system. The reel carriage has a 250% fixed prestiro, by pressing the "Stretch Control" button the reel carriage can automatically switch to variable prestiro by activating the electromagnetic friction located on the first prestiro roller (with QLS "QUICK LOAD SYSTEM" for fast film loading).
