Description
Pallet wrapping station with automatic pallet wrapper
eCover is conceived as an automatic and complete packaging station, combining vertical pallet wrapping and subsequent top covering with polyethylene film.
The entire pallet packaging process is carried out in the same station and automatically, gaining in ergonomics, productivity and economy.
eCover consists of two pieces of equipment designed and manufactured entirely in Europe, with long-lasting components and the strictest quality and safety standards.
OPERATING PRINCIPLE
With this solution the operator will leave the pallet on top of the stretch wrapper, from the forklift he will activate the cycle with the remote control, eCover will automatically perform the operation of vertical wrapping and top cover, offering impermeability and complete protection of the load, the machine will automatically cut the film and reattach it, in this way the operator will remove the pallet without getting off the forklift and the machine will be ready to receive the next pallet without the need for operator intervention.

eCover is a device for the automatic and ergonomic application of pallet cover film. Thanks to this device, integrated in a pallet wrapper, the pallet sealing process becomes a fast, ergonomic and precise task.

Remote Connection
R-CONNECT is a device installed on Robopac machines that allows them to be connected to a platform and to send production data, machine status, regulation, material consumption, alarms, etc. With this system, technical assistance is improved, since the technician can remotely view the status of the customer's machine from his computer or tablet and solve the fault. R-CONNECT also automatically sends the breakdown report to the official technical service. With R-CONNECT Robopac provides information to the customer and improves the technical service of the machines.

REEL TROLLEY:
- Spool carriage with double pre-stretch system activated from the control panel. The PVS reel trolley has a pre-stretch adjustable from 150 to 400%. With this system you can save up to 50% of stretch film on each pallet, achieving a perfect and compact finish.
