Technoplat 3000 - Robust and reliable, high resistance girth gear rotation mechanism. Precision encoder to control the movement of the platform, allows to stop at the exact place for loading or unloading the pallet.

The motorized accessory of the end rollers allows the indistinct entry of full and half pallets.

A. Start cycle starts the automatic wrapping cycle.

B. Stop cycle momentarily suspends the wrapping cycle.

C. Reset resets the machine after an emergency stop.

D. Selector "automatic/manual cycle" selects the operating mode of the machine.

Platform

Technoplat 3000 - Platform support
Platform support - Turntable equipped with heavy-duty bearings and driven by a system with pinions and girth gear. The frame structure guarantees a maximum power of 1500 Kg. The adopted kinematics guarantees a precise and reliable rotation with any kind of load.
Technoplat 3000 - Turntable
Turntable - The turntable is equipped with heavy duty, galvanized steel, motorized rollers with a maximum speed of 18 m/min in the standard version. The rollers have a diameter of 76 mm, a useful length of 1100 mm with an interaxis of 120 mm. The rollers are driven by a special steel chain drive. In addition, it has a blowing system to eliminate the initial glue from the film in order to have a homogeneous bonding of the product.

Technoplat 3000 - PGS Trolley
PGS Carriage - The PGS pre-stretching carriage features a motorized pre-stretching with fixed ratios (200%, 250% and 300%) with manually interchangeable gears. The range of pre-stretching values can be extended with 0%-100% - 150% - 200% - 250% - 300% gears available as interchangeable options. The force applied on the product can be controlled by means of a load cell (on the shipping dead roller) and the film tension values are continuously programmable from the command panel.

PVS Carriage - Pre-drawing roller carriage with independent double motorization with control panel regulation of the pre-drawing ratio from 0% to 400%. Film deposition force on the load adjustable from the control panel and controlled by a patented electronic device.

Operational advantages of loading

The automatic pallet wrapper Technoplat 3000 allows to follow the loading, wrapping and unloading operations of the pallet in extremely reduced time. In particular, while with a traditional table the entire wrapping cycle requires about 18 additional operations and movements of the pallet, with the Technoplat 3000 such operations are reduced to 8 with consequent time and labor savings.

Technoplat 3000 - Soldering iron for film glue (optional)
Soldering iron for film glue (optional) - Soldering iron with two vertical and two horizontal resistances. This allows a perfect adhesion of the film to the product at the end of the wrapping process obtaining an optimal adhesion to the pallet.
Technoplat 3000 - Supplementary motorization (optional)
Supplementary motorization (optional) - This motorization allows the wrapping of smaller pallet dimensions (1/2 europallet). By means of a supplementary chain transmission, the rollers at the infeed and outfeed end of the rotary table are activated.
Technoplat 3000 - Metallic perimeter protections
Metallic perimeter guards - These guards precede access to the machine's operating area. This device ensures maximum safety levels guaranteeing total protection.
Entry and exit muting system device (optional) - This protection based on the photocell recognition of the load in transit ensures that only the material to be packed passes through the rollers, if any other object or person were to pass through the barrier the machine would stop.

 

*These devices are essential to obtain the CE certificate on the machine, without these protections the machine is covered only by the manufacturer's declaration.
